Blank cards: graphics quality made of PVC and polyester composition. Available in a variety of sizes, thickness and colors.
"Hospital" or stress cards: available in a variety of colors. Available in CR-80 and CR-50 sizes.
Adhesive-backed pressure-sensitive cards: graphics quality made of PVC. Available in CR-80 or CR-79.

Overview of Laminates

Thermal Transfer Overlaminate or Topcoat (applied with printhead): 25 mil overlay enhances card security and durability

Overlaminate (applied with heat roller): 1 mil, .6 mil and .5 mil thickness provide extraordinary protection
Holographic Overlays and Lamination
An overlaminate containing a "generic" or stock holographic image protects a card from wear and discourages card tampering or forgery. Creating your organization's own custom holographic design ensures that your card is truly unique. Custom holograms are extremely difficult and cost-prohibitive for counterfeiters to recreate.
